What Our Rental and Removal Work Covers

Last updated: November 2026

These terms apply to dumpster rental and junk removal arranged with Dumpster Rental Co in Hernando. The service you book may include delivery, placement, an agreed rental period, pickup, or removal of items and debris listed in your estimate.

Tell us what you plan to discard before work begins so we can confirm whether it is accepted and whether the quoted scope fits. Hazardous waste, restricted materials, unusually heavy loads, and work beyond the agreed job require advance approval or a separate arrangement; do not place prohibited items in a container.

Customers must provide safe, lawful access and obtain any property or placement permission they are responsible for. A Hernando County right-of-way permit may be required for placement on public property.

Work is subject to applicable requirements, including Florida Administrative Code Chapter 62-701, Florida Statutes Chapter 403, and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act for hazardous waste handling. Site safety follows applicable OSHA 29 CFR 1926 requirements. We may decline unsafe or unauthorized work.

Booking, Changes, and Cancellations

Appointments are arranged by phone, email, or another method confirmed by Dumpster Rental Co. We will confirm the requested service, address, expected timing, access needs, and any details needed to plan the job.

Same-day service depends on availability and is not guaranteed unless we specifically confirm it. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel, reschedule, or change the delivery or pickup plan.

Any cancellation charges or other costs that apply will be explained when you book or before they are incurred.

Contact us promptly if the address, access, debris type, container location, or amount of work changes. A scope change means a difference from the work originally agreed.

We will explain any effect on timing or charges and seek your approval before proceeding with additional work. We may need to adjust an appointment due to unsafe access, weather, equipment issues, or circumstances outside our control.

We will contact you about a revised plan when practical. Do not assume a change is approved until we confirm it.

How Quotes and Payments Work

An estimate is based on the details available when it is prepared, including the service requested, debris described, access, placement, and expected amount of work. It is not a final quote for conditions or materials that were not disclosed or could not reasonably be assessed.

Ask us to clarify what the estimate includes before approving the job. We will identify known additional charges, if any, before work proceeds.

Payment timing and accepted payment methods will be stated in your estimate, booking confirmation, or invoice. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due according to those stated terms.

If the job changes for example, because of extra debris, difficult access, or a requested additional service we will explain the change and its cost and obtain approval before doing the added work. You may decline the change; in that case, we will discuss a practical way to complete or stop the originally agreed service. No specific price or financing arrangement is promised by these terms.

What We Can Stand Behind

Dumpster Rental Co will perform the work described in your confirmed booking with reasonable care, subject to the agreed scope, site conditions, and applicable law. These terms do not create a separate workmanship warranty, fixed coverage period, or guarantee of a particular result. If we provide a written warranty or other specific service commitment for a job, that document will explain its duration, coverage, and claim process and will control to the extent it applies.

Please inspect the completed work when practical and contact us promptly if you believe it does not match the confirmed scope. Describe the concern and share relevant photos or other details so we can review it.

Coverage under any written commitment may not apply to damage or problems caused by pre-existing conditions, undisclosed site hazards, customer instructions, misuse, or work performed by others, as allowed by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

We will discuss reasonable next steps after reviewing the facts and any written agreement for your job.

Responsibility for Site and Service Risks

Customers are responsible for identifying known site hazards, securing permission to use the property, and keeping people clear of active loading or equipment areas. Dumpster Rental Co is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions we could not reasonably identify before work, or for loss caused by inaccurate information, unauthorized access, or acts outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, any liability for a claim arising from a service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim. This does not limit liability where such a limit is prohibited by law.

We handle work under applicable requirements, which may include Florida Administrative Code Chapter 62-701 for solid waste management, Florida Statutes Chapter 403 for environmental control, and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act for hazardous waste. OSHA 29 CFR 1926 may apply to construction-site safety.

A Hernando County right-of-way permit may be needed for public placement. U.S.

DOT cargo securement rules apply to hauled loads where relevant. These references do not replace permits or duties that apply to a particular job.
